Mother of Neymar Summoned to Court


Nadine Gonçalves da Silva, the mother of Neymar da Silva Jr has been summoned to testify in courtthis Thursday in Madrid.

Nadine has been charged for her role in the irrevelent malpractise committed during his son's summer transfer to Barcelona from Santos. So to this effect, Neymar's mother and the reps for the family business N&N Consultoria Esportiva e Empresarial have both been summoned.

The trial was set to take place in Brazil since that's where they usually reside but there has been a change of tactics. The two will be in the dock as part of the lawsuit filed by investment fund DIS, who claim that they were cheated out of a sizeable amount when Neymar moved to Barça.
And among other things, fraudulent accounting of the transfer fee involved.
